Alfano's Pizza

Good pizza at a good price. Differs from Harris and all of the Harris copy cats. Never had a bad one and have had hundreds.

I graduated from Augustana in '91, and always take the opportunity to stop at Alfano's for a calzone, just like I did twice a week between '87-'91. Best pizza I've ever had - bar none.

Our family has been eating Alfano's pizza for over 30 years now. It's the only pizza place in the Quad Cities that survives on it's own reputation. It's just a little joint and not much room for eating inside...but if you want the best Italian pizza around, it's worth picking up. There are no gimmicks so you won't find a two for one sale or anything like that. But the prices are incredibly low for the pizza you get and they treat you like family. I LOVE Alfano's sausage and mushroom pizza! I hope they stay around for another 30 years!

Great Pizza and Calzones. Mainly for carryout, but there is limited seating inside. Call ahead and take home some good food.
