I lived in the quad cities for 23 years. I have recently moved and one of the places I miss most is Whitey's ice cream. I don't know what it is about the ice cream but it is the best. I really urge everyone to try one of the milkshakes. I have never had a bad one. They have a wide variety of flavors.
