| Details » | Restaurant 225 opened in August of 2005 and is privately held within the Figge Art Museum under the management of Steve and Nancy Rosetti (proprietors of The Faithful Pilot Cafe & Spirits and the former Rosetti's Bakery and Specialty Market). The restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday - Saturday, they offer brunch on Sundays, and dinner Thursday - Saturday with new menus weekly, highlighting seasonal locally grown produce and meats. Private bookings are available 7 days a week. They also cater corporate and special events in a variety of spaces within the Art Museum.
