Emmanelli's might have good food, but the customer service received was just appalling. The food was not worth the verbal abuse that had to be endured to obtain the food. The front of their menu states plainly to call ahead for carry outs. Our office had a substantial order to be placed, so we tried to "Call Ahead" to order. Instead of being able to place our order ahead of time, we were told that they don't accept orders over the phone. We took our orders in to be made, and instantly received rude service from the employee behind the counter because of the size of the order. I won't elaborate on the rest of the visit, but it went down hill from there. Never again will Emmanelli's receive my business. I strongly urge whoever reads this review, to refuse to put up with this kind of treatment and not go, also.
