Azteca 2

I just picked up carryout from Azteca 2 with my 18 year old daughter, who is going away to college and requested Azteca before she leaves. It was delicious, as always. I've been taking my kids to Asteca since they were toddlers, and have always loved the unique menu, great food, friendly service, and perfect Margaritas. The resturaunts are well kept, with beautiful murals hand painted on the walls. This is really the only choice for authentic mexican food in the Quad Cities. Great place to take a date!

Seems like Azteca and Azteca 2 are the worst kept secret in the Quad Cities. The food is so good here that if you don't have to stand in line before getting seated it is a minor miracle.
The wait is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating!
The food is probably the best Mexican food you can find in the QCA.
The servers are efficient and very friendly.
Everything is reasonably priced and if you leave here still hungry it's your own fault!

This is a good alternate when the original Azteca is crazy busy. It is super small though and really have the tables close together. It was hard to go there while pregnant since it was really cramped quarters. Excellent food though and the usual superior service!
