Restaurant 225 at the FIGGE 
Restaurant 225 opened in August of 2005 and is privately held within the Figge Art Museum under the management of Steve and Nancy Rosetti (proprietors of The Faithful Pilot Cafe & Spirits and the former Rosetti's Bakery and Specialty Market). The restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday - Saturday, they offer brunch on Sundays, and dinner Thursday - Saturday with new menus weekly, highlighting seasonal locally grown produce and meats. Private bookings are available 7 days a week. They also cater corporate and special events in a variety of spaces within the Art Museum.
